Bonus Terms and Conditions

These bonus terms and conditions apply to every promotion we make available to players in the United Kingdom, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, prize draws, tournaments and loyalty rewards. They sit alongside our general terms and conditions and our privacy policy, which continue to apply to your account in full.

Individual promotions also carry their own terms, which are shown with the offer in the cashier, in the promotions area of the site or in the message we send you. Where a specific promotion's terms differ from this page, the terms published with that offer take priority, but only for that offer.

To take part in any promotion, all of the following must be true:

• You are aged 18 or over and hold a single, registered account with us in your own name.
• You are resident in a country we accept, and the offer is open to players in your location.
• Your account is in good standing, is not closed, suspended, self-excluded or subject to a time-out, and has not been excluded from promotions.
• Your account can be verified. We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm your identity, age and, where relevant, source of funds before bonus winnings are paid out.
• You have opted in to the offer where opting in is required, and have met any qualifying deposit or stake stated in the offer terms.

Promotions are offered on an individual basis. We may decide which players receive a particular offer, how often, and for how long, and we may withdraw an offer from an account where we reasonably believe these terms are not being followed.

Most offers are claimed in a few steps. The exact steps for each promotion, including any code and the amount you need to deposit or stake, are set out in the offer terms shown in the cashier.

1. Log in to your account and open the promotions area or the cashier.
2. Go through the terms of the offer, including the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement and the time allowed to use the bonus.
3. Opt in, or enter the bonus code exactly as it appears, before you make the qualifying deposit. A code added afterwards cannot usually be applied retrospectively.
4. Make a deposit using a payment method accepted for that offer. Some methods are excluded from promotions, and the excluded methods are listed in the cashier.
5. Check your balance. Bonus funds and free spins are credited automatically once the conditions are met, unless the offer states that they are credited later.

You may hold only one active bonus at a time. Where a further bonus is credited while one is still in progress, the second bonus is normally held in a pending state until the first is completed, forfeited or expired, as shown in your account.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before funds linked to a bonus can be withdrawn. The requirement for each offer, the balance it is calculated on and the period you have to meet it are stated in that offer's terms. Nothing on this page sets a requirement by itself.

How progress is calculated

• Only real stakes placed while the bonus is active count towards the requirement.
• Cash funds are normally used before bonus funds, so your cash balance is spent first unless the offer says otherwise.
• Winnings from free spins are usually credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the offer they came from.
• Bets that are cancelled, voided or refunded, and stakes covered by returned deposits, do not count.
• Your remaining wagering requirement is shown in your account while the bonus is in progress.

How different games count

Game contributions can change when a supplier updates a game. The rates shown with the offer and in the game information at the time you place the stake are the ones that apply.

While a bonus is active, the following restrictions apply. They exist so that offers work as intended for all players, and they are applied consistently rather than case by case.

• Maximum stake. Each offer sets a maximum stake per spin, hand or round while wagering is in progress. The limit is shown in the offer terms and in the cashier.
• Maximum withdrawable amount. Some offers cap the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. Any amount above the cap is removed when the wagering is completed.
• Excluded games and features. Where an offer excludes certain games, bonus-buy features or very low-risk bet patterns, stakes placed on them may be voided.
• Covering outcomes. Placing bets that cover most or all outcomes of a game, or betting in a way designed to clear wagering with little risk, is not permitted.
• One account per person. Opening or using more than one account, or acting together with other players to claim the same offer, is a breach of these terms.
• Accurate information. Registration, payment and contact details must be your own and must be correct. Accounts we cannot verify are not eligible for bonus withdrawals.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe an offer has been misused, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the promotion for that account, and ask for further verification. We look into each case on the evidence available and will explain our decision if you ask.

Every bonus has a limited life. The period allowed to use free spins and to complete wagering is stated in the offer terms and shown against the bonus in your account.

• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings still tied to them are removed, and your cash balance is unaffected.
• You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling forfeits the bonus funds and any winnings attached to them.
• Requesting a withdrawal while wagering is incomplete may cancel the active bonus, so check your remaining requirement first.
• Once wagering is complete, the balance becomes cash, subject to any withdrawable cap in the offer, and can be withdrawn under our standard payment and verification rules.
• Where an offer has been credited in error, we may correct the balance and will tell you what has changed.

We may change or end a promotion, and may update this page, where we need to for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a bonus you have already claimed and are still using, unless the change is required by law or by our licence conditions.

Promotions should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. Your account includes tools that apply regardless of any bonus you hold, and we will not ask you to lift them in order to claim an offer.

• Reality checks and session reminders, set to the intervals shown in your account.
• Time-outs for a short break, and self-exclusion for a longer one. Promotional messages stop while either is in place.
